Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published. Springer Nature does not charge any money for publication of Non-Open Access content. Abstracts/extended abstracts and short papers (less than 4 pages) are not considered for publication.

• Authors submit the papers to Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) WITHOUT author names and affiliation.


• Authors would be invited to present their papers at the conference after all papers undergo a double-blind peer review process.


• Also the papers/articles have not been simultaneously submitted to any other conference (i.e., multiple submissions).


• At least two reviewers in the relevant field based on relevance, originality, significance, quality and clarity would be engaged per paper.


• The shortlisted papers of all the tracks will be accepted for presentation in the conference.


• Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published as proceedings with Springer in Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (LNEE) series (Electronic ISSN 1876-1119 Print ISSN 1876-1100).
